Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method, which may take up to 10 business days to process. Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original payment.

Payment Gateway

We use Paytm, UPI for Indian Payment Getwat & Stripe & Paypal for International Payment. In case of payment failure due to internet connectivity issues or any other reason, the refund will be processed as per the payment gateway policy.

Non-Refundable Products

The following products or services are non-refundable:

  • Products that are not mentioned in the 7-day refund policy
  • Products that have been modified or customized according to your specific requirements
  • Services that have already been provided or completed
  • If the Product is Active and working but does not function as your expectation
  • Products delivered from third-party vendors are non-responsible by store.pikright.com. As it is dependent on third-party vendors.
